"Unfortunately my experience with this agency was not a positive one. They were inattentive and unresponsive. I had 8 policies with them and would have hoped my account would have merited more attention. Sophia was difficult to reach as she was always on another line or with another client. I also did not appreciate her handing over my account to a part time employee working from home who was completely unfamiliar with my account. Because of their incompetence one of my home policies was cancelled because Gabriella (part-timer) or Sophia never submitted photos of one of the properties to the underwriter. I sent these to her twice. I also received notice that they were not going to be able to insure one of my properties because of leaks in the house. This was a new house and they had already insured it! I also requested clarification on my billing and all I received was a billing snapshot.I never received a phone call or e-mail until I transferred my business to another agency. The new agency is now trying to sort out my account. I am very happy with them and they are more than happy to service my needs."
